SB 372: Protecting state parks
California’s state park system is under increasing development pressure, such as highways and electricity transmission lines. SB 372 (Kehoe) would have created a new tool to resist these pressures, by requiring the State Parks and Recreation Commission to approve any incompatible modification or adjustment to boundaries or use of a state park.
