Local endorsements

Local league endorsements and results are available on local league pages. Local leagues make their endorsements independent of CLCV.

Is your district missing?

Some environmental candidates do not appear on our list of primary endorsements, since it is CLCV policy to not endorse in uncontested primaries. (Some candidates who are in currently uncontested races received our endorsement for June because their opponents dropped out after we completed our endorsement process.)

Election information

Find your polling place locations on the Secretary of State's website (selected counties only).

Find your State Assembly and State Senate districts on the California State Legislature website. Find your Congressional district on the U.S. House of Representatives website.

Alternatively, find all of your representatives at Project Vote Smart with your ZIP+4.

About CLCV’s endorsements

Candidates receive the League’s endorsement the old-fashioned way: They earn it. Before each election, we conduct field research to determine candidates’ environmental records. Then we send them questionnaires, testing their views on key issues. Finally, the candidates are interviewed by a panel of the League’s staff, board members and local environmentalists.

Find your representatives at Project Vote Smart. With your ZIP+4 (or your address), you can find a list of your elected officials and their contact information. Project Vote Smart is a citizen's organization dedicated to serving all Americans with accurate and unbiased information for electoral decision-making.
