FUNDING FOR CLEANER ALTERNATIVES TO DIESEL
Diesel emissions are a serious public health threat than gasoline emissions. AB 1368 (Villaraigosa) would have created funding and financial incentives to help operators of heavy-duty trucks upgrade their engines to cleaner technologies.
